Welcome to the SOFAFOX LTD website terms and conditions for use. Please read them carefully. Sofafox Limited reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For this reason we suggest you to read these terms and conditions every time you place an order. Accuracy of Content

SOFAFOX has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.


Warranties

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality. One year warranty is offered on all our Corner sofa beds, sofa beds and sofas. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Sofafox reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.

Delivery of orders

Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday between 8am and 8pm. We aim to deliver all stocked products within 10-14 working days. Out of stock items are usually supplied within 3-6 weeks. Delivery dates are approximate only. Please contact our customer service for delivery information on: 07770343058 or email us at: contact@sofafox.co.uk However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. We will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched. If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of product ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Please contact our office for quotation. Deliveries within 120 miles radius from our head office (CR4 1SA post code) are £60 and we can offer full service that includes: installation of sofa, removing and disposal of all packaging if required by customer. We recommend to keep packaging in case of return. You must contact us within 14 days from delivery with your intention to return the item. If you wish to return the goods the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We request that if you open the packaging to examine the product please do so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way. Items returned will be subject to return fees. In such circumstances a charge of up to 25% of the price of the furniture will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items or you may return them at your own cost to our Head office. Please do not return items without prior authorisation. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you. For deliveries further than 120 miles we can offer delivery to your door only. Courier will not bring the product inside the property. Product must be inspected for any damages in front of the delivery man and sign for. Once you signed delivery form and delivery man have left, you cannot return the product unless there is a manufacturing fault.


Payment

Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron , Maestro, JCB or American Express. Payments are made electronically through secure World Pay gateway. For customers living not further than 100 miles from our Registered Office (CR4 1SA) we offer “ Pay on Delivery” option. Deposit of £60 is then required. For more details please contact sofafox head office on 07770343058 or email us at: contact@sofafox.co.uk If Sofafox have agreed that you can pay for the balance of your order by card on delivery, any outstanding payments must be made to the delivery team before the installation of the furniture will take place. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you All prices include V.A.T. All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).


Refunds

Following cancellation of your order any monies paid will be refunded by the method you used to pay us and usually within 21 days.


Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

In common with other websites, we do also use "cookies". A cookie is a small file that a Website puts on your hard drive so that it can remember something about you at a later time. You can control the use of cookies on your computer and can turn them on or off at any time. Please refer to your internet browser. Please note: We do not use cookies to store any of your personal or financial information on your computer.

Seller has right to cancell order at anytime due to pricing errors that may occur on the website.
